I got asked to clarify the 15K wordcount when it comes to WIPs. You must add 15K of new fic to your story. For example, if you have 1K of a WIP, then your finished fic must be 16K. The rules have been changed to fix this.

Also, we could really use more artists, so if you know anyone who does Bleach art let them know about us.
